Four non-overlapping sets of structurally-diverse screening compounds, totaling 8,640, 6,400, 4,245, and 3,520 3D-like molecules have been prepared as an efficient starting point for both phenotypic and target-based HTS in drug discovery projects. These sets are complementary, offering flexibility in combination to form larger supersets of 12,160 or 18,560 and even up to 22,805 non-planar sp³-rich molecules.
