The Company’s cheminformatics team has successfully developed a significantly increased collection of unique Kinase Targeted Libraries now containing over 30,000 screening compounds. These Libraries, prepared by a receptor-based approach with the use of our proprietary HTS Compound Collection, will undoubtedly provide new exceptional resources to the drug discovery of small-molecule kinase inhibitors.
Several Computational Chemistry Methods were applied: reference compounds set selection and analysis, in silico high-throughput screening (HTS), homology modeling, molecular dynamics, molecular docking, etc. Also, the crystal 3D structures of protein-ligand complexes of molecular targets from different kinase families were used.
