Newly Pre-plated High-solubility Fragment Diversity Sets

July 09, 2024

Take advantage of our only fresh Pre-plated High-solubility DMSO-d6 Fragment Diversity Sets. In total, 1,280 carefully selected structurally diverse fragments with experimentally assured solubility at 200 mM in the DMSO solution are offered. Notably, the solutions are prepared in DMSO-d6, ready for NMR-based FBDD research.

Furthermore, it is worth mentioning that the current set is complementary and non-overlapping with the Pre-plated High-solubility Fragment Diversity Sets (1,280 compounds dissolved in non-deuterated DMSO).

For your convenience, both Screening Sets are also available in smaller subsets of 960 and 320 compounds with no structure overlap to provide varied and efficient starting kits for FBDD research projects.

Key features:

  • Novel screening compounds from the Life Chemicals proprietary General Fragment Library synthesized in-house
  • Only drug-like molecules, no PAINS, toxic, reactive, and unstable compounds
  • Over 90 % purity confirmed by LCMS and/or NMR data
  • Chemoinformatics assistance
  • Hit re-supply and product scale-up
The plate formatting is fully customizable: all sets can be made ready at several concentrations (200/150/100/50 mM) and solution volumes (100/50/20/10 uL), in 96-well or 384 plates.
Also, ready for use is our pre-plated High-solubility Fragment Set of 6,542 drug-like fragments. It is soluble in DMSO and phosphate-buffered saline at high concentrations.
