New Release: Pre-plated Antimalarial Screening Set

Life Chemicals is announcing the release of a new Pre-plated Antimalarial Screening Set, designed to support malaria drug discovery research. It contains 560 drug-like screening compounds with high structural similarity to molecules reported to have antimalarial activity.

This set is derived from our proprietary Antimalarial Screening Libraries, using cheminformatics analysis of structure–activity data:

• Plasmodium Focused Library: 7,900 close analogs of molecules with activity against one or more Plasmodium species.
• Malaria Box Focused Library: 2,600 small-molecule compounds selected for their high similarity (Tanimoto index ≥ 0.80) to the reference Malaria Box set.

 This ready-to-screen set provides a streamlined and efficient solution for antimalarial screening campaigns.
