We are pleased to present our new scientific publication “Spirocyclizations of Nortropanes” (Synthesis, 2025; 57(08): 1375–1401, DOI: 10.1055/a-2503-2459).
Published in memoriam of Professor Alexander M. Pinchuk, this comprehensive review explores synthetic strategies for spirocyclic nortropanes - rigid, shape-persistent fragments found in many natural products and medicinal compounds. The article also discusses their stereochemical features and biological activity.
