Presented here are our freshly prepared Pre-plated RNA Screening Sets!
Four non-overlapping sets of 1,600, 3,200, 5,120 and 3,300 drug-like small-molecule compounds with predicted RNA-targeting activity were created to provide assay-ready and convenient solutions for post-transcriptional gene regulation, antibacterial, and antiviral drug discovery research. It should be emphasized that these subsets can be further combined to obtain assay-ready screening libraries of considerably larger sizes.
Key features:
- Novel screening compounds synthesized in-house
- Only drug-like molecules: the Lipinski's Rule of Five and Veber criteria-compliant
- Assured ≥ 90 % purity confirmed by LCMS and/or NMR data
- Swift delivery worldwide from the USA- and Germany-based facilities
- Hit re-supply, product scale-up
- Compound library design and combinatorial synthesis based on hits found
Overall, our exclusive collection of RNA Screening Libraries comprises more than 29,000 small molecules with predicted RNA-binding activity:
|
RNA Library by 2D Similarity Search 22,300 close analogs of known RNA inhibitors were selected from our HTS Compound Collection, with this selection being then refined on the basis of chemical diversity and drug-likeness. RNA Subset by Bayesian Modeling Leveraging a Bayesian categorization methodology and molecular fingerprints were employed to identify over 1,000 drug-like screening compounds. |
RNA Screening Subset by Exact Match 900 screening compounds with validated RNA-inhibiting activity were picked out on account of their 100 % similarity to known RNA inhibitors. 5,500 compounds targeting human RNA were chosen using various cheminformatics approaches. |
