This optimized collection comprises 1,700 fluorinated fragment-like compounds, organized into 170 predefined fluorine-fragment cocktails, with 10 compounds per cocktail, strategically pooled to maximize the separation of ¹⁹F chemical shifts and enable clear, unambiguous interpretation of NMR screening data.
All compounds have been experimentally validated for solubility in both DMSO and PBS. Every fragment is individually pre-dispensed into assay-ready plates at 100 mM in DMSO-d₆, ensuring seamless integration into screening workflows.
